    • A challenging curriculum continues to be important and students should continue to be involved in extra curricular and community activities. Career Exploration is emphasized at this stage and enrouging the students to log on to Naviance and use the Career Interest Profile. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this program as it provides valuable information about the necessary training, pros/con, salary, and individual insight into a career. 
    • Distribution of  the course selection books and review graduation requirements. 
    • February through March: students need to make an appointment with their school counselor to review their transcripts, teachers course recommendations, and selections for their junior year. Post high school plans begin to be a more salient part of our discussions.
    • Update the activity profile sheets.

    The guidance resources continue to be available to individuals on a needed basis.
