The Red Hook Central School District websites have been redesigned with a fresh, clean look that increases accessibility to information and integration with video, social media and the ParentSquare communications portal. In fact, the site is hosted by the same company that runs ParentSquare, which gives us greater flexibility to consolidate important calendars and messages into one source.The sites are live now, so take a look!
The district website’s address remains RedHookCentralSchools.org, though interior pages and the individual schools’ sites have new addresses so any bookmarks may need to be edited. Should a link take you back to our old site, please clear the cache on your browser and try again; it’s not unexpected this may happen to some users for the next few days as the switch from one website company to another is completed.
The homepages of the district and individual school sites are packed with links to important resources, like the Parent Portal, MySchoolBucks, the Virtual Backpack and more, as well as photos, video and news highlighting the district.
Of course, more work remains to be done. While today marks the launch of the refreshed Red Hook Schools sites, it’s also simply the starting point for what the sites will become. There are still come hiccups to address and, through the summer, we’ll be adding more to each of the sites to better showcase all the great programs and happenings across the district.
